Sales Associate – Natural Pet Food & Wellness
At Pets Naturally, we’re not your typical pet store, we specialize in natural pet food, holistic wellness, and helping pets live healthier, happier lives.
We’re looking for one Full-time Retail Sales Associate who loves animals, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about pet nutrition and wellness.
This is a great fit for someone with retail or customer service experience who wants a fun, meaningful job surrounded by pets every day.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to pet parents and their pets
- Recommend pet food, treats, and wellness products based on individual needs
- Educate customers on natural pet nutrition and health
- Operate POS system, handle transactions, and manage checkout
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and keep displays clean and organized
- Lift and carry pet food bags (25–30 lbs)
- Answer questions in-store and over the phone
- Support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older (required)
- Customer service or retail experience required
- Ability to lift 25–30 lbs regularly
- Passion for animals and interest in pet health & wellness
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to multitask
