Home Offer 365 is hiring a Listing Agent to work from our Lebanon, PA office.
We provide the properties. You list them.
What You'll Do
- List approximately 10–15+ Home Offer 365 properties per month.
- Prepare CMAs, comps, and pricing recommendations.
- Use FlexMLS and applicable local MLS systems for Pennsylvania properties.
- Use our national Flat MLS platform for properties in other states.
- Manage listings, updates, offers, and communication with buyer agents.
- Work with our acquisitions and transaction teams to get properties sold.
No Driving. No Showings. No Open Houses.
This is an office-based listing position.
You will focus on listing and managing properties, not driving around, conducting showings, hosting open houses, or constantly prospecting for your own leads.
Compensation
$105,000–$145,000+ earning potential

We are a local Elite Real Estate brokerage in Lebanon, PA.
Your PA license can be transferred to Elite Real Estate, where you'll receive:
- 90/10 commission split
- No monthly, quarterly, desk, or franchise fees

- Ability to earn additional commissions from your own listings and transactions
Who We're Looking For
- PA Real Estate License preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with CMAs, comps, MLS systems, and technology.
- Motivated, professional, and ready to grow.
