We are seeking an energetic and strategic leader to serve as the General Manager of Big Horn Supply. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire operations and business development activities within the pipeline and industrial supply sector. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across all locations.
- Lead, train, and support branch managers and their teams.
- Learn all aspects of the business, including warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer service.
- Help manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability.
- Oversee financial management activities such as profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives to ensure financial health.
- Implement lean management principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term objectives and ensure alignment across departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Ensure company standards for safety, service, and teamwork are met.
Skills
- Proven leadership experience in industrial supply, pipeline services, or related industry.
- Experience managing multiple teams or locations.
- Strong operational management background.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and financial management.
- Demonstrated ability in team management, leadership development, and supervising diverse teams at an executive level.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis for performance tracking and strategic planning purposes.
- Effective managerial communication skills to engage teams, clients, and stakeholders clearly and confidently.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities supported by analytical tools and market insights.
- Strategic thinking skills combined with operational expertise to drive business growth sustainably.
- Experience in sales growth strategies coupled with operational management expertise to maximize profitability.
- Knowledge of lean management principles for continuous improvement initiatives within complex operations.
- Strong leadership qualities that inspire teams toward achieving organizational goals while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Willingness to travel between locations (approximately 25–35%).
- Hands-on leadership approach—comfortable working alongside your team.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
