Required duties of the manager include but are not limited to:
Be courteous and bring a positive attitude to work each day
Open and close the store as needed
Outside sales - Make calls and visits to potential clients and drive in new business
Call on current customers to determine if we are meeting their needs and how we can continue to meet future needs
Answer phone calls as needed
Helping walk in customers with their transactions
Unload paper/supplies from customer vehicles as needed
Process payment from walk-in customers
Creating daily pick-up routes for the driver based on customer needs
Creating invoices for daily pickups
Follow up on unpaid invoices and collect payments as needed
Contact vendors about business needs. Examples include truck repair, building repair, etc.
Backup Route Driver as needed
