AMERICLAD®, LLC. a rapidly growing manufacturer of architectural metal products based in Rogers, MN is looking to add an experienced metal finisher to its team.
This full-time position includes the following essential duties:
- Rough grinding of aluminum and stainless steel
- Polishing and finish sanding of aluminum and stainless steel
- Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years aluminum and/or stainless steel finishing experience
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be a team player
- Able to work overtime when necessary
- Willing to change tasks within the shop as workload necessitates
- Pass pre-hiring background check and post-offer, pre-hire drug test
