Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Operate vacuums, mops and other custodial tools to maintain high standards of cleanliness and floor care
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling procedures and safety protocols to prevent accidents or contamination
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces regularly and ensuring compliance with health regulations
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures
- Skilled in operating various cleaning equipment including dusters, vacuums and mops
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary
