Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, including dough preparation, topping assembly, baking, and presentation.
- Execute sautéed dishes with precision, ensuring proper technique and flavor balance.
- Follow established recipes and menu plans to maintain consistency and quality across all offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or sautéed specialties based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service in a fast-paced environment, supporting overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, particularly with pizza or sautéed dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques.
- Experience in the food industry, including restaurant or catering settings, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
