Customer Success Manager - Sales (Maine)

In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to understand client goals and craft tailored promotional initiatives. Your expertise will ensure seamless deployment of campaigns, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with legal standards—all aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and organizational success. As a central point of contact, you will support new deployments, identify opportunities for expansion, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and maintain a proactive attitude
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies, CRM operations, and promotional planning
- High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of the gaming industry, including industry KPIs and targets
- Experience with content management and marketing automation tools
- Additional certifications in marketing, project management, or related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Experience working in marketing, sales support, or customer success roles, especially within the gaming or entertainment industry
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel within Maine as needed
