Member Duties : Develop and implement a community outreach and marketing strategy that increases awareness of museum youth and senior programs and establishes at least three outreach partnerships with schools, senior centers, or community organizations in East Austin. Design and implement a program assessment system that tracks participation, learning outcomes, and community impact for youth and senior programs and train at least two staff members to use the system. Develop and pilot two STEAM-based cultural learning programs that increase community engagement: one afterschool program for teens and one creative aging program for seniors.
