Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work in the NW, OH area.
Summary
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilizing Total Preventative Maintenance principals develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance schedule for all manufacturing equipment in the CLIENT Systems facility.
- Attend pre shift and post shift crossover team meeting.
- Perform daily start up and shutdown procedures.
- Repair any manufacturing equipment in the event of a failure.
- Maintain a spare parts inventory for all manufacturing equipment in the CLIENT Systems facility.
- Perform necessary in-house projects. Keep and up to date log of the timing of these projects.
- Perform any facility repairs as needed.
- Identify and correct any safety issues inside the CLIENT Systems facility.
- Work with outside companies to perform any required projects that are not completed with internal resources.
- Complete all required paperwork (shift notes, PM logs, work order documents, etc.) as instructed by Team Leader/Manager.
- Monitor installation of new equipment by contractors.
- Maintain and improve our 5S standards.
Requirements, Education and/or Experience
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Your preferred qualifications:
- An associate degree in a technical field or five years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Extensive knowledge of PLC´s
- Experience with six axis robotics.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting.
- Must be able to deal with constantly changing personalities and workloads.
