Responsibilities
- Serve beverages and light food items to guests at the bar, tables, or via the Bev Cart with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations
- Manage guest relations by providing attentive service and addressing any special requests or concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS systems
- Support other restaurant operations such as bussing tables, hosting duties, and bar tending
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively using sales techniques
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
