The Role: As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll be more than just a receptionist. You’ll be the friendly face and voice that greets our clients, both in person and over the phone. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every client and patient, with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with ease and efficiency.
- Keep our operations running smoothly through stellar organizational and communication skills.
- Answer incoming calls with top-notch telephone etiquette.
- Handle clerical and record-keeping duties with precision.
- Process invoices and payments accurately as services are rendered.
- Stay on your feet and move swiftly around the hospital to assist as needed.
- Schedule appointments and surgeries with attention to detail.
- Navigate our paperless system with ease (computer literacy required).
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- A commitment to maintaining our smoke-free workplace environment.
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist and/or in Customer Service is preferred.
