A seasoned, hands-on growth marketer working directly with the Head of Growth to scale the business — moving fluidly between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
What you'll be doing

Acquisition strategy: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (AEO/SEO, SEM, social, growth hacks) to drive qualified leads.

Product-led growth: Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance viral loops, in-product engagement, and conversion flows.

Content & storytelling: Launch high-impact content — webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers — to power performance marketing and outbound.

Growth experimentation: Ideate and implement rapid-testing frameworks to identify and scale the most effective acquisition channels.

Events & conferences: Plan and execute conferences, events, and supporting email marketing with a data-driven approach.

Cross-functional alignment: Work with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering for consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.

1–3 years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth B2C (e.g., consumer fintech, marketplace, or similar)
