Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, and will be adept at utilizing various tools to ensure successful project execution. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective team management, and the ability to present complex information clearly to coworkers and general contractors.
Duties
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Utilize methodologies and tools for effective project planning and execution.
- Oversee project engineering activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
- Implement change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during project phases.
- Conduct business process modeling to identify areas for improvement and optimize project workflows.
- Present project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency and accountability.

- ENSURE OSHA SAFETY STANDARDS FOR ALL JOB SITES
- ENSURE EACH PROJECT HAS REQUIRED MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT ON SITE
Experience
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Raken or similar project management software is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in organizational skills, change management, and business process modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
- A background in concrete construction or related fields is advantageous.
