Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing quality work? We're looking for a dependable Pool Service Technician to join our residential services team. Whether you have experience or are looking to learn a new skill, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing residential swimming pools while delivering a great experience to our customers. You'll work independently, manage a daily route, and represent our company with professionalism at every home you visit.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of residential swimming pools.
- Check and adjust water chemistry as needed.
- Remove debris, clean filters, and inspect pool equipment.
- Identify potential issues and communicate them to the office.
- Use a company smartphone to access daily schedules, document completed work, and communicate with the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Texas summer temperatures.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently.
- Professional attitude and appearance when interacting with homeowners.
- Basic smartphone skills for daily job management.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Experience
Previous pool service experience is not required. We provide hands-on training for candidates who are willing to learn, work hard, and grow with our company.
