Facilitate Loaner Vehicle process with Advisors and Clients

Utilize Loaner Vehicle software program (Dealerware) to issue and monitor loaner usage

Perform audits to maintain inventory and vehicle location verification

Notify Advisors of adverse loaner condition or extensive time on loan

Report to Service Manager, any misuse or damage to loaners

Warmly welcome and greet all service clients in a timely manner in the main service drive. You are our ambassador; your charm is clearly evident in everything you do and/or say. Maintain a professional personal appearance and work space

Actively listen to our clients and their needs and interpret body language and tone in order exceed client’s expectations

Engage in the process to make our dealership better for our clients and our co-workers

Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience

Prior to being employed, applicants for employment must participate in the Dealership’s normal screening process which includes: completing a full employment application; satisfactory criminal, credit and driving records checks (where applicable); in-person interviews and other inquiries.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Basic communication, problem-solving skills and mathematical skills using American units of measure.

High school diploma or the equivalent and authorized to work in the USA for any employer.

All applicants must have a current and valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and must be insurable

Physical demands include: constantly position body and move in order to retrieve cars from parking lot; detect and identify vehicle issues and safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 20lbs occasionally, 10lbs frequently); operate tools and equipment; repetitive motion.
- Work is conducted inside, outside, and in a shop environment in proximity to moving vehicles, mechanical equipment, with exposure to chemicals, and moderate to loud noise levels.
