Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our wellness programs, including fitness classes, recreational activities, and social events
Develop and implement personalized wellness plans for residents, in collaboration with our healthcare team
Provide guidance and support to our wellness staff, including training and mentoring
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and services
Monitor and report on program outcomes and resident satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and partners to enhance our wellness programs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or wellness setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
