Summary:
Responsible for the general repair and maintenance of the hotel property
Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs general repairs and maintenance as required

Responds to trouble calls as reported by other departments

Keeps maintenance shop organized and takes care of tools and equipment

Assists in other areas based on trade knowledge (i.e. plumbing, electrical, HVAC)

Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures

Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures
Other Functions:

Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma; 2 years of general maintenance experience preferred
Fluent in Spanish preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
General knowledge of tools and building materials
Strong interpersonal skills required
Strong organizational and time management skills required
Ability to verbally communicate with others
Working Conditions:
Work is not performed in an office environment and requires evening and weekend hours.
