Experienced Service Advisor (CDK CRM Preferred)
Fox Toyota Lexus is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our established service team.
CDK CRM experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
Schedule

5-day work week

Alternating days off

Saturday availability required

Established dealership with consistent service volume

Established commission-based pay plan

Supportive service management team

Emphasis on CSI, ethical sales practices, and repeat customers
What You’ll Do

Greet and assist service customers professionally and efficiently
-
Translate customer concerns into clear repair orders for technicians
-
Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
-
Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
-
Monitor repair progress and ensure quality and timely completion
-
Present and manage extended warranty services
-
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
-
Maintain strong CSI scores and follow dealership standards
-
Keep Service Management informed of operational issues

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor required
