Ola Brew is a locally owned and operated craft beverage company rooted in Hawaiʻi and committed to creating products that support local agriculture, sustainability, and community. We are looking for a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring that daily operations are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Serve as a central administrative resource supporting daily operations across Ola Brew
- Help maintain accurate records, inventories, and internal systems
- Monitor and support product, merchandise, and supply inventories
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and customer requests
- Assist with maintaining online platforms, menus, and company information
- Support order fulfillment, reporting, and operational tracking
- Coordinate projects, deadlines, and administrative initiatives across departments
- Assist with vendor communications, donations, community requests, and special projects
- Help identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and consistency throughout the business
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills and office management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives.

- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Bilingual abilities including Olelo Hawai'i are highly desirable to support diverse clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer support experience.
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy to handle data entry efficiently.
