We’re a high-performing, tight-knit team tackling fire, water, and mold damage throughout NW Austin. We’re looking for an entry-level Restoration Technician who’s reliable, hardworking, and hungry to learn. You’ll be part of the crew that restores homes and businesses after a disaster—helping families and businesses get back on their feet.
If you’ve got experience in any skilled trade (construction, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and you’re ready to learn the restoration game, we’ll train you. Just bring your work ethic and a good attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Extract standing water and assist with demolition when needed
- Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, cabinets, etc.)
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
- Help the lead tech carry out the job plan
- Work in crawlspaces, attics, or other “fun-sized” places
- Load, clean, and maintain equipment and company vans
- Occasionally help with warehouse duties
- Use power tools like you mean it
Must-Haves:
- Strong attention to detail (we don’t cut corners)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean background check
- Reliable transportation to/from Leander
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Able to work in confined spaces and wear a respirator (per OSHA, clean-shaven required)
- Willing to be on-call per rotation
Nice-to-Haves (but not deal-breakers):
- Experience in at least one trade (construction, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- IICRC certifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Military experience
