We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Laborer to join our team!
We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, motivated, and willing to learn.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, metal finishing, or shop environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a good attitude.
Schedule
- Swing/Night Shift
- (4) 10 hour shifts (Monday-Thursday)
- Full-time

- Pay DOE (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities
- Assist with general shop and production duties as needed
- Hang and remove metal parts from production lines and racks
- Help prepare parts for powder coating and finishing
- Load, unload, move, and organize parts and materials
- Inspect parts for basic quality and preparation
- Assist experienced team members with various production tasks
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Follow instructions, shop procedures, and safety requirements
- Work efficiently to help the team meet daily production goals
- Perform other general shop duties as assigned
