We’re looking for a motivated Budtender to join our exceptional team at DACUT Cannabis! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, sharing knowledge, and delivering a memorable retail experience every day.
As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of DACUT, guiding customers through their cannabis journey with professionalism, warmth, and expertise. You’ll ensure every customer feels informed, confident, and welcomed while helping the team maintain a smooth, efficient, and compliant retail operation.
Key Responsibilities

Recommend products based on customer needs, preferences, and sales goals.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in cannabis retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be 21+ and able to pass required background checks.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for learning and growing in the industry.

Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and accessories.
Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of cannabis culture, products, and consumption methods.

Ability to provide product recommendations while maintaining compliance with state laws.

Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and digital platforms for sales and inventory tracking.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout scheduled shifts.

Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products or inventory weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead while stocking inventory, organizing displays, and maintaining the sales floor.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent movement and multitasking.

Ability to use a computer, tablet, point-of-sale system, and other retail equipment for extended periods.

Must have the manual dexterity to handle cannabis products, packaging, cash transactions, and inventory accurately.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and management in person and over the phone.

Capable of maintaining focus and attention to detail in a busy retail setting.

Ability to work in varying retail conditions, including exposure to bright lighting, moderate noise levels, and frequent customer interaction.
