Outside Sales Representative | DMV Territory | Field-Based

We are expanding our DMV territory and hiring an Outside Sales Representative who is ready to build a book of business from the ground up.
This is a field-based role. You will be on the road daily, visiting local business owners and developing your assigned territory through face-to-face prospecting.
This is not remote.
This is not passive account management.
This is daily in-person sales.
If you are comfortable hearing “no” and showing up the next day ready to knock on the next door, you will succeed here.
Compensation
- Base salary starting at $40,000, negotiable based on experience
- Uncapped commissions
- Six-month performance bonuses
- Gas, toll, and mileage reimbursement

Top performers consistently earn $80,000 to $100,000+ annually. Income is directly tied to production.
What You Will Do
- Visit 20+ businesses per day
- Prospect, pitch, and close new placement agreements
- Manage a 100 to 200 mile territory
- Build relationships with small business owners
- Track all activity in CRM
- Hit monthly placement targets
What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
- Comfortable with high daily activity and in-person rejection
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to operate independently without micromanagement
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
This is a performance-driven environment. You will have autonomy and support, but results are expected.
