Electrical Maintenance Technician/Electrical Maintenance Technician – Industrial Manufacturing
A growing industrial manufacturer is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a 24/7 production facility. This is a hands-on role for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills who can also perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance to keep critical equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems including motors, VFDs, MCCs, PLCs, instrumentation, and control systems, while also supporting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, blueprints, and technical manuals; assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant startup activities.
- Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, confined space, and hot work requirements, while maintaining accurate maintenance records in a CMMS.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, chemical, refinery, or other heavy industrial environments with strong electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience required. Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is also required.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred. Experience with diagnostic tools (multimeters, megohmmeters, infrared cameras), CMMS software (SAP or similar), and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
