Dental Assistant – Surgical & Restorative Experience Preferred
Twin Oaks Dental is seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable assisting with a wide range of procedures, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor during general, restorative, and surgical dental procedures
Experience assisting with:
- Extractions
- Root canals
- Dental implants
- Crown and bridge procedures
Perform digital impressions using an intraoral scanner
Assist with removable prosthodontic treatment, including:
- Preliminary and final impressions for dentures and partial dentures
- Denture and partial denture delivery appointments
- Denture and partial denture adjustments and relines
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate records
Provide patient education and post-operative instructions
Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
Support team members to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications:
- Dental assisting experience required
- Experience with extractions, endodontic procedures, implant dentistry, and removable prosthodontics preferred
- Experience taking digital impressions with an intraoral scanner
- Comfortable with denture and partial denture workflows from impressions through delivery and adjustments
- Knowledge of dental terminology and clinical workflows
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Open Dental software preferred
- Current Missouri dental assisting requirements/certifications as applicable

Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
