Dignified Nursing Home Health Care Agency, LLC is seeking experienced PRN nurses to provide skilled nursing visits throughout the Greater Houston area, including the north, south, east, and west sides.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
Applicants must have at least two years of verifiable experience providing skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes through a home health agency.
This requirement is mandatory. The applicant’s résumé must clearly show the agency name, job title, employment dates, and home health visiting responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas RN or LVN license in good standing
- Minimum of two years of verifiable home health visiting experience
- Current experience completing skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
- Experience with medication management, wound care, patient education, and home health documentation
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within assigned service areas
- Dependable, professional, organized, and committed to providing high-quality patient care
This is a PRN, visit-based position. Patient assignments will be offered based on location, patient needs, and nurse availability.
