Savvy Staffing is seeking experienced A/C Technicians to join our reputable clients' team in their Assembly/Packing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and building a long-term career in a stable production environment.

What You’ll Do
As an A/C Technician, you’ll be responsible for assembling compact air conditioning units by working with a variety of small to medium components. You’ll use both hand and power tools to complete precise fitting, alignment, and assembly tasks.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assembling compact A/C units following work instructions and safety standards
- Positioning, fitting, and aligning components for proper function and clearance
- Performing quality checks on parts and finished assemblies
- Making final adjustments and basic operational testing
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following production schedules and reporting any issues to supervision
- Recording work and production time accurately
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma preferred (or equivalent ability to read/write and follow instructions)
- Entry-level friendly – will train the right candidate
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (6 months preferred, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn HVAC basics
- Ability to work in a factory environment with moderate to high noise levels
Requirements & Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Standing, bending, and reaching throughout shift
- Use of hand tools and basic equipment
- Must wear required PPE: safety glasses and steel-toe shoes
- Must be able to work safely and follow all company safety procedures
