Position Summary
Medical Procedures Center & Aesthetic Care is seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen our digital presence. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing our website and social media platforms, promoting our medical and aesthetic services, supporting community events, and helping grow our brand through innovative marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple projects while working independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Opportunities are available for both remote and in-person work.
Responsibilities
As our Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and growing the practice's digital presence through website management, social media, content creation, and digital advertising. This includes maintaining our WordPress website, optimizing content for SEO, developing and executing social media strategies, planning promotional campaigns, and monitoring marketing performance to identify opportunities for growth.
You'll also create engaging graphics, photography, and video content for social media, digital advertising, patient education, and promotional materials while utilizing modern marketing tools and AI technology to streamline content creation. In addition, you'll support community outreach by coordinating marketing efforts for events, working with vendors on promotional materials, and helping increase brand awareness throughout the region.
Qualifications
- Experience managing WordPress websites
- Knowledge of SEO and website optimization
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software
- Experience creating graphics, photography, and video content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools is a plus
