We’re currently looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Haul Truck Driver to join our crew and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Operate off-road haul trucks to transport materials such as dirt, rock, or other aggregate across construction sites.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on haul trucks (greasing, fueling, cleaning windows, etc.).
- Safely load and unload materials while maintaining awareness of surroundings and potential hazards.
- Communicate clearly with site supervisors, equipment operators, and ground personnel.
- Follow all site-specific safety protocols and traffic control procedures.
- Report equipment issues or needed repairs to the mechanic or supervisor immediately.
- Assist with general labor duties when truck operation is not needed, if required.

Proven experience operating off-road haul trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required but maybe a plus depending on site and equipment).
- Strong understanding of construction site safety.
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods and climb in/out of trucks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions and rugged terrain.
