Suite K is more than a wellness lounge—we're a destination where women reconnect with themselves through wellness coaching, personal style development, community, and intentional self-care.
We're seeking a compassionate, professional Licensed Massage Therapist who believes wellness is about more than physical relaxation. The ideal candidate creates an experience that helps women feel seen, restored, and renewed.

Duties
- Provide professional massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and other specialized techniques tailored to client needs
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop effective treatment plans
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting treatment space in compliance with health and safety standards
- Document client sessions accurately while respecting confidentiality and privacy regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients to ensure comfort and address any questions or concerns during sessions
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance service quality
Skills
- Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and prenatal massage techniques
- Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively and communicate treatment plans clearly
- Ability to perform patient assessments and adapt therapies based on individual health conditions and goals
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is a plus
- CPR certification to ensure safety during all client interactions
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Experience with pain management strategies and understanding of sports or injury rehabilitation is advantageous
