Key Responsibilities
- Live Sales & Presentation: Host live streaming sessions on target platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Whatnot). Demonstrate and recommend women's apparel (styles, fits, styling techniques) and health supplements/dietary products (benefits, target audience, usage instructions).
- Audience Engagement: Maintain high-energy interaction with viewers, answer product inquiries in real time, build rapport, and guide audience members to follow, engage, and place orders.
- Pacing & Sales Tactics: Master stream conversion techniques. Control the tempo of product presentations, promotional drops, and urgent closing calls in alignment with the operation team's plan.
- Content & Promotion: Participate in short video shoots and promotional teaser clips to build personal brand IP and drive traffic to the live channel.
- Review & Optimization: Collaborate with the operations team in post-stream data analysis (conversion rate, retention duration, follower growth) to refine sales scripts and delivery style continuously.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Appearance & Communication: Professional image, clear articulation, standard pronunciation, strong camera presence, and natural charm. (For women's fashion demonstration, good proportion and outfit presentation skills are required.)
- Product Knowledge:
- Fashion: Sensitive to fashion trends, knowledgeable about fabrics, cuts, and everyday outfit pairing to provide instant styling advice to viewers.
