We are excited to announce the opening of our newest location in Eastepoint, Michigan, and we are seeking an experienced Dental Office Supervisor to help launch, lead, and grow this practice.
Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in opening a brand-new dental office. The Dental Office Supervisor will be responsible for establishing efficient office operations, building a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional patient experience, and supporting the growth of the practice from day one.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong dental office management experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating a positive culture for both patients and team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Launch & Leadership
- Assist with the successful opening and day-to-day management of the Eastepoint office
- Help establish operational workflows, policies, and best practices
- Partner with doctors and leadership to support office growth and patient retention
- Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-focused culture
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and onboard front office and support staff
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient scheduling
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability
Patient Experience
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first contact through treatment completion
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Ensure excellence in scheduling, insurance verification, treatment presentation, and financial discussions
Operations & Practice Growth
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor scheduling effectiveness, collections, and office performance metrics
- Support practice growth through strong operational execution and patient service
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards
Systems & Technology
- Utilize Open Dental software for scheduling, reporting, patient management, and operational oversight
- Ensure accurate documentation and consistent office procedures
- Support reporting and performance tracking initiatives
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager or Supervisor
- Experience leading dental office teams and daily operations
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment coordination, scheduling, and front-office workflows
- Experience with Open Dental software
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience opening a new dental practice or helping grow a start-up office
- Experience managing high-growth dental offices
- Understanding of practice performance metrics, collections, and operational reporting

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding dental organization.
