We are currently seeking a full-time Healthcare IT Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team.
The Healthcare IT Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies, delivering a strong candidate experience, and driving hiring efforts from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates

Screen and evaluate candidates to assess technical and cultural fit

Coordinate and manage the interview process from scheduling through feedback

Guide candidates and hiring teams through the selection and offer process

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage

Maintain accurate and organized recruiting data and documentation
