Introduction:
The Commercial Order Management Representative is the support resource for our customers, partners, Commercial Sales and Multi-family teams. They are responsible for working collaboratively with the sales team as a technical advisor and Commercial/ product advocate. The Commercial Order Management Representative must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all Commercial and HVAC technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order entry and engaging in order/project management for Commercial Sales
- Provide post-sales support to internal and external customers
- Track shipments and logistics to customer job sites on the sale of commercial equipment
- Interfacing with other departments, the manufacturer as well as the customer on outstanding orders to ensure accurate processing of open PO orders based on commercial project timelines.
- Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service for all customers including walk-in and telephone calls.
- Assist with new hire training and onboarding
- Review the AOM Margin holds for updating the X or J Quote records to improve margins
- Review the open order report for aging extended warranties and startups, aging (FOB) Holds, and other orders that may need attention
- Review the AP Statements for direct ships that have not been invoiced to reduce and/or eliminate lost discounts and delayed sales.
Required Qualifications:
- Our Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Solid problem-solving abilities with the competence to make recommendations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills required (Microsoft applications is a must)
Educational / Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent with three years' experience
- 2 years minimum experience in sales, project management, or customer experience for HVAC or similar / relevant industry
