The Tox McKinney is seeking a Studio Coordinator — a dynamic, people-centered professional who thrives in both growth and client-facing roles. This position will primarily support the McKinney location and occasionally support the Plano and Frisco studios. The Studio Coordinator leads front desk studio operations, to deliver a seamless in-studio experience and building community partnerships. This role is part-time.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client services, within the wellness, beauty, or boutique fitness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect and influence.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Confident representing The Tox brand both in-person and online.
- Positive, professional, and customer-obsessed attitude.
- Local familiarity with the Plano/Frisco/McKinney area and its wellness community is a plus.
- Proven sales experience with a strong ability to upsell and close sales.
- Familiarity with MindBody Online software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
- Convert leads into new client bookings through personalized communication and follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with local fitness, beauty, and wellness brands for cross-promotions and partnerships.
- Greet and assist clients with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Manage bookings and client schedules efficiently.
- Educate clients on The Tox’s services and products, and drive sales by recommending packages and retail items.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Utilize MindBody Online (MB experience a plus) for booking and client management.
Schedule Options
- Part-time position available.
- Must have flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Open 7 days a week.
- Studio hours are 9am - 7pm; Thursdays 11-8
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
