We are seeking a "Calm, Well-Rounded", Friendly and "Energetic" Customer Service Associate, to join our small team! Are you in the know about the "VIRAL" hair styles, best products to help manage Natural Hair, a Makeup artist, knowledge about Braiding Hair and Techniques, knowledge on a Coloring procedure, Human and Synthetic wig installation and maintenance? If so, this is a vital role, where you can be the frontline of information for our customers. Can you give exceptional advice about Beauty /Face products, Hair Extensions, Hair Techniques, Wig Installation, Hair products, Jewelry, Accessories and more? Your enthusiasm, smiles and proactive approach, will help us to keep a strong relationship with our repeat "customer" base" and let's create new ones.
We want to ensure every Customer interaction, leaves a "positive impression", for them and for our store. This paid position requires Attention to Detail, a Calm Demeanor and Attitude, Stocking ability, a need to Offer and provide Customer Service, Communicative Skills and a willingness to work and be on time!
JOB POSITION DETAILS:
- Engage with customers in person to address inquiries, provide product information to resolve issues promptly
- Assist customers with product knowledge and product location inside store
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling inbound calls
- Troubleshooting problems, offering solutions, and escalating complex issues to manager
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently by demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail while conducting inventory, pricing and stocking products
- Being a consistent team player working with other associates by assisting in daily projects
- Greet every guest when entering, passing by and leaving the store
- Cleaning procedures when opening and closing store
- Being on time for shift, with minimal call outs during and after probation period
- Operate POS System and/or Cash Credit handling skills; knowledge of
- A Self-Starter and willingness to learn attitude
- Clean and organize store layout, with front- facing products on shelves and sales floor (ex. accessories, clothing, jewelry) etc.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Korean & Spanish are highly considered, for serving diverse customer needs * Not required
- Friendly attitude and demeanor and can interact with everyone
- Previous stocking or merchandise reset knowledge experience preferred not required; training is provided
- Cosmetology /Barber license; NOT required or works in the Beauty industry
- Previous Beauty Store experience; Not required
- Know- how to work a sales floor, handling more than 1 customer at a time
- Requires some Sales knowledge, about "closing the sale" for the store
- Demonstrate ability to handle customer service problems with patience, empathy, with effective problem-solving techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in POS System, but; training is provided
- As an employee, help to keep an open eye for theft
- There is a "90-day probation" period, from "temp-to perm" ends, then officially being hired
- The "temp-to perm" probation is mandatory, to see if this is a "mutual fit", this will not affect the number of hours you will/ can work

- We are looking for adults wanting to work 4-5 days a week, especially "WEEKENDS" when it's our peak time, can be 12-hour days!
Pay: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour
