Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities in Coon Rapids, MN 55433 Part- Time shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, particularly with elderly and people with disabilities. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through attentive and personalized care. Must work independently without any supervision on one- a -one basis.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring as necessary.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized, support with light housekeeping.
- Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Must pass a Department of Human Services State of Minnesota background check study.
- Authorized to work in the United Stated without sponsorship.

Schedule:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5:30p.m.
