Job Overview
M1 Health, a concierge preventive and performance medicine practice, is hiring a aesthetic Registered Nurse for our outpatient clinic located within THIS Gym in Austin Texas. Required job duties include aesthetic injectables, lab draws, IV therapy, injections, and patient care coordination in a autonomous setting.
Requirements:
- RN license (BSN preferred), BLS required (ACLS a plus)
- Experienced in injectables: neurotoxin and filler.
- Strong Phlebotomy and IV skills (insertion, maintenance, discontinuance)
- Strong bedside manner and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience with wellness IVs
Responsibilities: Lab draws & specimen processing, IV infusions, injections, VO₂ max testing, basic wound care, EHR inbox management, scheduling, and patient follow-up.
Details: ~15 hrs/week to start (July–Aug), moving to 30–35 hrs/week. Comp review at 6 months. THIS Gym membership included.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Perform specialized procedures such as IV infusions
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient information meticulously and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication management, and health coaching strategies to promote long-term wellness.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of employment with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Skilled in performing procedures like phlebotomy, venipuncture, tube feeding management, and ventilator support when applicable.
- Strong interest in wellness and fitness.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), and aseptic techniques.
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages
