Clinic Receptionist
Shift: Mon to Fri, 8 am to 430 pm
Status: Full time
Location: Coatesville, PA
Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide a variety of office support functions for the PACE Organization, including but not limited to: receiving visitors and telephone calls, maintaining records and preparing reports, filing, typing a variety of materials, as well as maintaining and updating a mixture of lists to support the organization.
What you will do:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct clients to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Prepare documents, reports, or correspondence
- Provided information about agency services to participants, families, external agencies, and the general public Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Maintain participant identification card system and ensure accurate attendance records
- Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow all safety, security, infection control, and hazardous material policies and procedures
- Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of office experience preferred, experience in a medical office setting highly desired.
- Experience servicing as the first point of contact for customers strongly desired.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office. Ability to learn/use other software as required.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving, conflict management, customer service and organizational skills.
