Lead Complex Construction Projects Across the United States
An international construction and project management firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical construction projects.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee project execution from preconstruction through completion, managing project teams, contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Travel: Regular travel throughout the United States required

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, healthcare, or advanced technology projects
- Experience with project budgeting, cost control, procurement, contract administration, and change management
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, construction processes, and project controls
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing facility experience
- Design-Build project experience
- Experience working with union contractors
- Experience managing large-scale capital projects
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
