Job Overview
Small, established Sonoma County winery seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic harvest intern for the 2026 crush season. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn what harvest truly looks like at an established small-scale winery. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.
Duties
- Follow direction from winemaking staff and assist where needed throughout the harvest process
- Support sanitation procedures to maintain cleanliness throughout the production area
- Willingness to work in a physically active role that involves standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the winery and cellar
- Other duties as assigned throughout the harvest season
Requirements
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to commit to late August–October 2026
- Comfortable with physical labor - lifting, bending, standing for long periods, working in wet conditions
- Comfortable with early mornings and longer hours during peak harvest
- Must be 21 or older
Experience
- Interest in wine and viticulture (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
