As a Retail Team Member, you’ll play a key role in spreading the joy of our premium chocolates, fudge, ice cream, and waffle cones. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who share our passion for excellence and fun!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, answering questions and offering sales suggestions.
- Operate the point of sale system (cash register) accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve delicious Kilwins products, including chocolates, fudge, and ice cream.
- Craft and serve fresh waffle cones.
- Keep the store clean and organized, following health and safety standards.
- Help create attractive product displays according to Kilwins brand standards.
- Participate in general opening and closing procedures.
- Answer the phone and take orders with a positive attitude.
- Always uphold the values and culture of the Kilwins brand.
