We’re looking for an experienced HVAC technician who can take ownership of their work, run service calls independently, and handle a mix of repairs and light installations in residential and light commercial systems.
We focus on honest diagnostics and quality repairs, not high-pressure sales, and we take pride in doing things right the first time.
The right technician will have the opportunity to grow with the company and become a key part of the service department as we expand.
This position is a great fit for someone who:

Compensation:
depending on experience,

Workload:
Typically 40–50 hours per week, with opportunity to grow as the company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform repairs and system troubleshooting
- Conduct preventative maintenance and performance checks
- light HVAC installations and equipment upgrades
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system condition and solutions
- Maintain professional standards and organization in the field
- Work independently while representing the company professionally
Most work consists of service and repair, with occasional light installations
Experience
- Minimum 5 years HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with residential HVAC systems (light commercial experience is a plus)
- Ability to run service calls independently
- Professional communication with customers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Organized, responsible, and reliable

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
