Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiac Surgeon committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, with additional training and/or experience in advanced cardiac procedures and complex surgical case management.

Join a high-volume, nationally recognized heart and vascular program with advanced surgical capabilities, including minimally invasive and complex cardiac procedures.

Practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment supported by a large, multi-specialty cardiology group offering advanced imaging, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, and heart failure expertise.

Enjoy working in a dedicated Open Heart ICU and specialized Cardiac ICU providing comprehensive care for complex cardiovascular disease, including durable LVAD management.

Collaborate with highly experienced cardiovascular nursing teams across ICU, intermediate care, and dedicated cardiac units.

Work at WellSpan York Hospital, a large tertiary care center with state-of-the-art ORs, hybrid suites, and a 200-bed surgical and critical care tower under construction featuring dedicated cardiac ORs and four hybrid labs.

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required or

Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required
Licenses:

Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or

Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:

Certification by the American Board of Surgery or American Board of Medical Specialties with experience as a practicing cardiac surgeon in the United States. Upon Hire Required and

Successful completion of a General Surgery residency. Upon Hire Required and
