What You'll Do
As a General Manager, you'll take ownership of your restaurant's performance while building a team where people can succeed.
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team
- Create an exceptional guest experience
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
- Own restaurant-level financial performance, including labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Analyze sales, labor, food cost, and other operational metrics to identify opportunities and create action plans
- Build and develop a strong leadership bench
- Develop Shift Managers and Assistant Managers for future advancement
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, quality, and operational standards are consistently met
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor deployment, inventory, and cash controls
- Recognize and celebrate team accomplishments
- Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture
- Partner with your Area Director and Flynn leadership team
- Consistently execute Arby's and Flynn Group standards and initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3+ consecutive years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven success leading a restaurant with responsibility for sales, profitability, labor, food cost, staffing, and overall P&L performance
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain a strong restaurant team
- Proven track record of improving restaurant performance and achieving operational and financial goals
- Strong experience managing labor deployment, scheduling, food and inventory controls, cash management, and controllable expenses
- Ability to analyze restaurant-level financial and operational metrics and translate results into clear action plans
- Experience building and developing a leadership bench, including Shift Managers and Assistant Managers, to prepare them for advancement
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, quality, service, and operational compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead through accountability while creating a positive, high-performance team culture
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance people, guest experience, sales, and profitability
- Excellent communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or leadership training preferred
- Previous experience with Arby's or another major QSR brand is a plus

- $50,000 - $65,000 annual salary
