Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring P6 Project Scheduler in Los Lunas, NM. We are seeking a P6 Project Scheduler for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Los Lunas, NM. This onsite role requires a professional with deep expertise in Primavera P6 to manage complex project schedules, ensure baseline alignment, and track progress for critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start and have a proven track record of managing schedules within a dynamic construction or mission-critical environment.

Pay: $50 to $60 Per Hour BOE
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Establish and update baseline schedules in coordination with project management and field operations.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate resource loading and manpower requirements into the schedule.
- Generate regular schedule reports and progress updates for internal leadership and project stakeholders.
- Perform critical path analysis and what-if scenarios to support project decision-making.
- Ensure all scheduling data is accurate and compliant with contractual milestones and deliverables.
- Document schedule impacts related to change orders and support recovery planning as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven professional experience as a Project Scheduler specifically utilizing Primavera P6.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex construction or infrastructure schedules.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and schedule metrics.
- Experience working onsite in a construction or mission-critical facility environment.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting schedule status to project teams.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, onsite schedule in Los Lunas, NM.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and mouse for prolonged durations.
- Specific vision abilities required for reviewing complex schedule data and computer work.
- Occasional walking through construction sites which may include stairs or uneven terrain.
- Ability to hear and communicate effectively in both office and field environments.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $50 to $60 per hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
