Requirements & Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking (Bilingual) a huge plus
- Drive consistent utilization of existing technologies
- Dynamic lead response and follow-up
- Expert negotiation, closing and marketing skills
- Comply with federal and state laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- Exemplary communication and listening skills
- Determination and drive to maintain impeccable relationships
- Self-initiative, strategic planning and ability to problem solve
- Passion to ensure every customer contact is an excellent experience
- Must be willing to undergo a background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR
