Eastern Shore Toyota is hiring Product Specialists to serve our growing customer base. Ideal applicants are individuals who have demonstrated success in other industries such as cellular/mobile phones, electronics, home furnishings, appliances, the hospitality field, etc. The ideal Product Specialists will be friendly, outgoing people who are well-organized, committed, and dependable, with a positive attitude. They must be willing to provide outstanding customer service and computer proficiency is a must. Good communication skills will help you to succeed!
Competitive pay! $50,000 per year plus bonuses!
Flexible hours, working 40 hours per week

Product specialists have come from a variety of backgrounds. While we would be happy to talk to a seasoned sales professional, we are particularly interested in talking to entry-level trainable candidates, hard-working professionals looking to make a career change, military veterans, or a recent college graduate looking to pursue a career. Job Responsibilities:
· Supporting the Sales Consultant during the sales consultation
· Explain features and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle
· Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and help close sales
· Arrange for delivery of the vehicle
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not necessary for this role
- Other sales experience will be considered with a steady work history
- Applicants with a stable background in customer service will also be considered
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (a “people person")
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Customer focused attitude
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
