Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a rehab setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Document patient progress and modify treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and health management strategies.
